Tiles and Patterns

For this summer wedding by the sea with bougainvillea decoration, we designed a white and blue suite with old tile patterns and real ceramic tiles on the dinner tables. The invitation suite consisting of an invitation, RSVP, and info cards, was adorned with beautiful watercolored sketches of the city of Thessaloniki and scenes reminiscent of the Greek summer. A tile pattern in blue decorated all elements of the suite, including vow booklets, and menu cards. We replaced traditional place cards with ceramic tiles in blue and white, and table numbers with numbered tiles. As a wedding gift, guests received a “kompoloi” with white and blue beads.
