Terms & Conditions
All personalized designs will be carefully curated in our style to make distinctive, unique event designs. If you choose a semi-custom suite, your design will remain the same, but all the wording/content will be customized to you and your special day. It is important, for both categories, that drafts are carefully proof-read and checked before proceeding to print, as we are not able to do any amendments once it has been approved. Handmade illustrations can be provided upon request. We love the variations that are inherent to these handmade items.
TIMEFRAMES AND RUSH ORDERS
Upon approval of your design, normal printing timeframes are 10-15 working days. Allow one (1) additional week if you are adding any embellishments. On the rare occasion that we should require to change or extend these dates, you will be notified immediately. It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect the timeline and potentially delay your order. As per rushed orders, depending on your estimated due date, we will let you know if your desired date is possible or not. If it is possible, then an additional 30% of your total will be charged for rush fees.
SCREEN VS. PRINT AND VARIANCES
We do our best to display all products, materials, and colors as accurately as possible. However, please keep in mind that what you see on a screen may be slightly varied to the finished product.The color you see will depend on your computer system and/or monitor. Calligraphy is handwritten, therefore please note that there will be slight letterform/script and placement variances throughout. Our handmade papers are made by hand, which means there might be minor size, weight, texture, and color variations between pieces. Our letterpress printing process features matte inks that are hand-mixed and slight variances in ink color are to be expected. Handmade paper, hand-dyed ribbon, hand-assembled wax seals, and any other piece of your invitations that is specified as “handmade” or “hand assembled”, may vary due to their nature. We celebrate the variations that are inherent to these handmade items.
Upon beginning the designing process, we will send you three (3) drafts to choose from. You will then receive 3 complimentary proof rounds to ensure that the outcome is the desired one. Please make sure to thoroughly check over all proofs including content/spelling, layout, card sizes/color/type, font size and ink color. Any additional changes during design or further proof rounds required will incur an additional fee per revision that starts at 50 euro. Calligraphy means that all designs are personalized. Although we thoroughly check over all handwritten goods, occasionally errors may occur. In this instance, please contact us immediately and we will send a correction or a discount on the amount paid for the incorrectly written goods, if a correction is not available for any reason. Should a mistake be made on our part, we will either reprint or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording/design approved by the client, the costs of reprinting are the responsibility of the client
ORDERING PAPER GOODS
We wanted to celebrate design by creating items of everyday use and gifts. Any order placed by you in the manner described in this site is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price specified on this site at the time you place your order (price does not include the delivery fees and other charges) Kindly bear in mind that ink colors may vary from computer monitor to monitor.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
WEDDING & BAPTISM STATIONERY – BRAND IDENTITY & PACKAGING:
We are ready to provide you with a clear and concise offer for every job request. We will send through a quote for your request, with a few options and extras to choose from. Once you let us know the items you would like to proceed with, we will send through an outline of your order’s specifics and the payment details for a 50% non-refundable deposit. The pricing is in euro and does not include shipping fees. In the case of wedding stationery, beside the deposit we will need the wording for the invitations. Once the deposit is received and we have the final wording for your invitations, we can start the design process. To proceed with the printing process, you must pay the outstanding balance of the design fees as well as a down payment of 40% of the total printing service fee. After the finalization of the printing process, final and full payments of the total printing costs is required. In case you decide to end our collaboration, the deposit is non-refundable.
You will be notified of shipping timeframes and options once production is completed and your goods are ready to be sent. Once paid for, goods will be shipped via tracked courier services. We have no guarantee or control over shipment timeframes (besides the information provided via the tracking number) and we advise you to order your suite as early as possible to allow for any potential shipment delays. We are not responsible, nor may be held liable for any losses, damages or delays due to shipping. International orders may be liable to taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country. Said taxes or tariffs are the client’s responsibility
REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any cancellations or provide any refunds. The custom and semi-custom nature of our invitations and stationery means they are tailored to suit you and only you, given that they entail the personal information of your event.
Same applies for our non-customized products like our gifts and items of everyday use – they cannot be exchanged, cancelled, and/or reimbursed for. It is not possible to edit any orders once they have been confirmed.
It is our goal that the client is satisfied with our products, for this reason multiple approvals will be required during the design process. A final approval form will be sent along with the final proof of your order. Once we receive your signed approval any changes will have additional fees. If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
When work curated by Love Me Do! is published, Love Me Do! must be correctly credited and notified of the publication prior to its feature. This is valid to both print publications and all kinds of online features. We retain the right to post your invitations/wedding goods on our website and social media. If you do not want us doing so, please state that beforehand.
All designs, images and artwork on this site are protected by copyright and are the sole property of Love Me Do! unless otherwise indicated. This includes all designs, images and artworks used during the proofing process. Under no circumstances may this work be used for personal use, nor may it be repurposed, or derivative works be made from it.
All files exchanged during our communication will be for review only. Any unauthorized use of the content exchanged will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights. These are considered our original artwork meaning they are intellectual property of Love Me Do! and thus protected by the Greek laws (N. 2121/1993) and all relevant European directories. You may not reproduce, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works with respect to the information/content exchanged.
